Return and Exchange Policy

For Bags

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date.

  • Items purchased in-store cannot be exchanged through the online store.

  • In case of a manufacturing defect, the return or exchange is free of charge.

  • If the item has no defect and the customer simply wants to exchange or return it, a 100 EGP shipping fee will apply.

  • To exchange an online order in-store, customers must contact us via Facebook or Instagram before visiting the branch.

  • Packages cannot be opened in front of the delivery agent.

  • Our customer service team will contact customers by phone only before order delivery.

  • Any issue with the order must be reported within 2 days of delivery to remain eligible for return or exchange.

  • During sale periods, returns and exchanges are only accepted for defective items.

For Scarves & Bandanas

  • The same return and exchange policy as bags applies.

For Burkinis

  • No returns or exchanges are allowed, whether purchased online or in-store.

For Clothing (excluding burkinis)

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • If the item has a defect, shipping costs will be fully covered by us.

  • If there is no defect, the customer will be responsible for a 100 EGP shipping fee for return or exchange.
